Cinnamon Pear Muffins

Ingredients

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
4-5 pears (peeled, cored, and chopped)


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Mix the ingredients together. Bake for 25 minutes.
Yield is 24 muffins
